Return Policy
Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as received – unused and in its original packaging. For items where hygiene is a concern, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and specific personal care products.
How to Initiate a Return:
To return a product, please email info@lancer-mode.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, a photo if the product is damaged, and your contact details.
Refunds:
Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund after 30 days:

Costs:
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, with costs starting from €20, at the customer’s expense.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists after a second delivery, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
